Handcrafted Walnut & Oak Urn – 200 years old Antique Piano Woods

This 185 cubic inch capacity handcrafted urn honors the memory of a loved one with timeless craftsmanship and materials steeped in musical history. The urn features a Quarter Sawn English Oak band, originally part of a 1923 English piano, wrapping around the center and offering its distinctive medullary rays and structural elegance. Surrounding the oak band are panels of figured American Black Walnut, known for its deep, rich grain and natural warmth. The top of the urn is crafted from English Walnut Burl, reclaimed from an 1890 British-made piano, one-of-a-kind patterns. These woods, originally selected for their acoustic and structural value in fine instruments, are now beautifully repurposed into a dignified, elegant memorial piece.
